MAT PILATES CLASSES
Balance and Stretch: This class will target overall body strength, yet balance with flexibility exercises to ensure mobility.
You will use body weight and light resistance to work your body to its full potential leaving your body ready for transformation. Notice the fire and engagement of deep muscles, retrain neuromuscular imbalances and learn proper technique to movement.
Work at your preferred level of intensity, as layers are added into the class to tailor to every student.
