Group reformer PILATEs

GRACE has four Reformers to create small group classes. We keep all of our classes intimate to ensure individualized attention, correction and proper body mechanics. Classes must be booked in advance, as spaces fill up quickly.

Reformers are used to create resistance training for the whole body. The machines are designed to strengthen deep core muscles, which in return, stabilize your body, support spinal movement, and help to improve posture. Exercises mobilize joints, create muscle tone, promote flexibility, and leave clients feeling challenged but not fatigued.

We request that grip socks be worn for all Reformer Pilates classes. Socks are available for purchase at reception.
