I have never done yoga or pilates, I have an injury, I am not flexible, can I still come to a class?

Yes, yes and yes!  Our classes are designed to support any body in its current state.  Our teachers give modifications so that you can tailor the class to suit your needs.  We have a variety of classes from gentle to rigorous and our class descriptions can be found under class descriptions.  Still not sure where to start?  We are happy to help, just give us a call.

What should I bring for class?  

Classes require a mat, water and towel.  No shoes are necessary, although you may want tennis shoes for Springboard (cardio).  We kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the front door when entering the rest of the studio.

 What if I don’t own a mat?  

No problem, we can supply you one; our mat rentals are $2.  Our Drop-in and Welcome Week purchase come with a complimentary mat rental.

Mat rentals are located at the front desk.  Each room has cleanser and towels, so we ask that you please wipe down your mat when you are done.  

Where do I put my belongings?      

We have cubbies and shelves in each room, where you can hang or place your belongings. 

Do I need to get to class early?  

Please.  We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class to get checked in and settled so class can start promptly.

What if I need to leave class early?  

Not a problem, just be sure to let your teacher know.  Try to get a spot near the door, so that you can slip out of class undetected.    

Do I need to prebook classes or can I just show up?  

We ask that you prebook class by clicking HERE. Pre-booking springboard express classes is mandatory, as our classes are intimate and spots are limited.  Our teachers tailor the class to the individuals attending and you want to be sure to reserve your spot.

Are there expirations on the packages?  

Yes.  Expiration dates vary depending on the purchased package, please be sure to inquire.

What happens if I need to cancel a class?  

Out of consideration for our instructors time and other students who may be on a waiting list, we require advance notice for any cancellation. We ask for at least 3 hour prior notice for any Window Room group class cancellation, 12 hour prior notice for any Springboard Express class cancellation and a 24 hour prior notice for any private session cancellation including health coaching sessions. Any appointments or scheduled classes that are not cancelled within the cancellation window will be considered a "no show" and will be charged a fee. Classes and appointments that are cancelled within the cancellation window may be rescheduled for a later time.
