The first workshop is based around vinyasa and warrior lunge poses. The second workshop is based around backbends. You will use resistance of Pilates Springs to support your body through yoga movement, which allows for feedback. Great for beginners or those who want to have more guidance in what the vinyasa series, Warrior poses and backbends should feel like. Take 1 workshop for $35 or both for $60.
