Guided Meditation Series


Join this 4 week course to calm your mind, restore your body and highten your self care practice.  Meditation reduces anxiety and provides tools to diminish stress, balances hormones and emotions.   

Be prepared for subtle movement and introduction to chakra purification.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal and mat.  No experience necessary. 

Option to take single class sessions.
