The Unmentionables - Pelvic Floor Workshop

It’s time to learn the secrets.

Some things are just not talked about in the community, but we are going to give you the low down when it comes to your pelvic floor.  

Do you avoid cardio because you don't want to have a leaking accident?  Do you have a weak orgasm?  Do you get back pain often?  You may have pelvic floor dysfunction.

Our pelvic floor is a very important muscle of our bodies, yet it isn't talked about when it comes to core training.  

In this workshop you'll learn to locate and strengthen your pelvic floor, bad habits to avoid which actually weaken your floor and what you can expect during pregnancy and menopause for your pelvic floor.

There will be minimal movement during the workshop, but please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.

This transformative workshop will give you the tools you need to help heal your subconscious mind and body.  During your hour experience you will be guided through several yogic and shamanic technologies & breathing techniques to help you learn how to heal yourself and be your own best medicine.

Whether it's pent up emotional commotion, physical blocks in your body, old stories or tapes your mind latches onto, past pain and memories, or escape patterns and addictions...none of that serves you!

Guided Meditation Series

Join this 4 week course to calm your mind, restore your body and highten your self care practice.  Meditation reduces anxiety and provides tools to diminish stress, balances hormones and emotions.   

Be prepared for subtle movement and introduction to chakra purification.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal and mat.  No experience necessary.
