Yoga Support is a workshop that uses the Pilates Springboards to train your body for a flow yoga class.
The workshop will use springs to support your body and create awareness of specific muscle contraction during yoga poses.
The first portion of class will be spent on the Vinyasa series and the second portion on Warrior lunge series.
This is great for beginners to Vinyasa yoga or any practitioner who wants to deepen their postures.

Some things are just not talked about in the community, but we are going to give you the low down when it comes to your pelvic floor.
Do you avoid cardio because you don't want to have a leaking accident? Do you have a weak orgasm? Do you get back pain often? You may have pelvic floor dysfunction.
Our pelvic floor is a very important muscle of our bodies, yet it isn't talked about when it comes to core training.
In this workshop you'll learn to locate and strengthen your pelvic floor, bad habits to avoid which actually weaken your floor and what you can expect during pregnancy and menopause for your pelvic floor.
There will be minimal movement during the workshop, but please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.

The Integratron’s Signature Experience
“It’s kindergarten naptime for grown-ups in a sound sphere”.
This is an unforgettable sound experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and introspection. This 60 minute Sound Bath session consist of:
a brief introduction to the Integratron and its history and sound qualities,
30 minutes of quartz crystal bowls played live, and
the balance of the hour to integrate the sound and relax in the sound chamber to ambient music.
You will be resting comfortably in the deeply resonant, multi-wave sound chamber while a sequence of quartz crystal singing bowls are played, each one keyed to the energy centers or chakras of the body, where sound is nutrition for the nervous system. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind and body.
We plan to caravan to Landers, enjoy the sound bath and have lunch before our return to the Desert. Please RSVP for the event as spaces are limitied. Full payment will be collect by April 10th to hold your reservation. Must RSVP no later than Monday, April 8th to hold your spot.
Ecstatic dance is a form of self-expression and freedom of movement. Warm up and loosen your body with guidance from the instructor. From there, little to no instruction is given, which fosters an environment for creative expression. All the music and the rhythms of your body become your guides and enjoy freedom from limitation. No dance experience is necessary, only the desire to let go and have fun. This is a judgment free zone.
